My second ydea (copy automatical the live user .orca folder with target 
system /var/lib/gdm folder during installation) is implemented now.
I tested the second revision my patch with new clean installation, works 
fine after restart. I changed Orca keyboard layout with Laptop keyboard 
layout because I using a notebook, changing speech rate to 80%, etc 
after the live CD logged in.
With next restart, Orca is changed values used.
Bill, if the core developers apply my second patch, not disturb the 
Vinux project this change. I am absolute sure this, because when my 
custom live CD is booted, the live filesystem /etc/skel/.orca folder is 
copyed automaticaly with live user home directory before login, and this 
modifyed .orca folder copyed the var/lib/gdm folder. So, this change is 
absolute safe.
