Orca cursoring no longer works.

Since upgrading Firefox from Shiratoko to Nameroka, I can no longer  
navigate web  pages with the cursor.  Furthermore, when I highlight a 
control by using Tab, the cursor still appears to be at top of page.  
How can I either role firefox back or fix Orca to get around this?
