compiling speech-dispatcher with support to ibmtts

Hi Luke,
Ibmtts modules are located at /opt/IBM/ibmtts.
I tried to use the LDFLAS as follows:
./configure --with-ibmtts LDFLAGS=-L/opt/IBM/ibmtts/lib/
and I receive the same error.
