No keyboard navigation for libindicate based applets

IMHO it's wrong ;) The proper panel item keyboard interaction should be

I wasn't using speech or braille display. The applets should also have a
visual indication of current focus, but libindicate applet are missing
this.

Yes, developers should provide a a11y unique name for each libindicate
based applet. I think this could be easy, 'cause basically are just
menus.
