Wrong audfio system?

Hi.  You are a sighted person who doesn't get it.
If you were forced to use an app that turned off your monitor regularly and wouldn't let it work outside of a gnome session,
you wouldn't put up with it for a minute.  Why do you think it is ok for me to accept such a situation?
That's pulseaudio for a blind person running a screen reader.  Fix it first before forcing it on the world!
