Applications run with sudo aren't accessible in Lucid?

Hi Paul,

I've not really up to speed with the speech accessibilty stuff, I've been
testing the 'main' parts of Lucid through the test cycle and the up coming
Lubuntu. I'll be gradually getting my computer onto 10.04 (Finally released
today) and leave an install 'free' to put the orca etc things onto.
