will accessible login work in karmic whin it comes out?

Hi, I have heard different things about accessible login. I know in the past distros, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.
   Will accessible login work in Karmic when it is released? If so, will it be automatic, or will you have to enable it? If you will have to enable it, how will this be done since gdm is different now?
