Tagging a11y bugs in Launchpad

Hi, 

It is not very easy to track all the a11y related bugs in launchpad. Perhaps taking cue from Gnome bugzilla practice <1>, I think it would be a good idea to tag a11y launchpad bugs as 'accessibility' <2> .

Any ideas?
