Automatic accessible login question with Orca (Gdm) in Jaunty

Dear List!

Now the accessible login feature not start Orca screenreader
automaticaly, only works if the user doing a gesture with this function,
for example with the user press the Ctrl+S key with 1 second.
Possible doing following think:
When the gdm start and the username dialog is present the display, Orca
please start automaticaly with the --nosetup option, similar with the
talking installer method (the install Ubuntu menu item with the live cd).
Or now this is impossible doing?

If this is not impossible doing, what can I try test to realize this
function?
