a question about speakup and jaunty

Ok, like several others I finely went back to jaunty today. I didn't want to, but speech in karmic has just been to touchy. I thought I had it fixed, and it quit again when I was in the middle of something. Lets hope lynx is going to be better.
   Anyway, my question is, is there a easy way to install speakup in jaunty? That was one thing I did like about karmic. Speakup was very easy to install and setup.
