Hi List,
On my laptop powertop says the folowing:

  98,4% (6838,0) python : schedule_hrtimeout_range (hrtimer_wakeup)
   1,0% ( 71,0) <interrupt> : VIA82XX-MODEM, VIA686A
   0,2% ( 13,6) <interrupt> : pata_via
   0,1% ( 9,6) <interrupt> : uhci_hcd:usb1, yenta, eth0, 0000:02:00.0
   0,1% ( 4,0) gnome-screensav : schedule_hrtimeout_range (hrtimer_wakeup)
   0,0% ( 1,4) <Kernel Kern> : neigh_table_init_no_netlink (neigh_periodic_
   0,0% ( 1,2) hald-addon-stor : schedule_hrtimeout_range (hrtimer_wakeup)
I have killed all python processes (only orca is running).

Any idea what causes python to produce this high cpu load?

Prozessor: amd athlon xp 1600 mobile.

Thanks
Halim
