Orca at Login

hi.  For now, that isn't an option.  unfortunately, accessible login with gdm isn't currently working.  The gdm developers are working on changes that will eventyally make it work, but the sound when the system is ready for ligin is the best we have.
This problem isn't specific to ubuntu, it effects all Linux distros.
