I think orca's broken

<html><body>Hallo all<br/>&nbsp;<br/>I am running ubuntu 8.04 and I have installed Festival in order to read books with a better sounding voice.&nbsp; Everything went well, since I downloaded festival via apt-get.&nbsp; I then installed some of the Nichet enhanced arctic voices and I told Orca to use one of them.<br/>&nbsp;<br/>Then Orca just died;&nbsp; I can't restore it.&nbsp; Is there a way of getting my machine talking again or restoring Orca to its defaults?&nbsp; Please, help me.<br/>&nbsp;<br/>Regards<br/>Hendrik<br/></body></html>
