I have a question about adding users

Hi, I am using the latest version, hardy. I can add users fine using the add user from the terminal. However, while orca now reads everything in the add user settings in gnome.  After I add a user and press the okay button. The user isn't added. I don't get any speech that tells me there was any problem either. My question is, has anyone else run in to this problem. If so, did you find the problem. It is easy enough to add users from the terminal, but this feature now talks in gnome, and should work.
