xubuntu and orca

Hi,

Does anyone know if the latest version of xubuntu has orca included? I
think my computer would be able to handle xubuntu better because it
doesn't take up nearly as much memory. But also if orca is not part of
the xubuntu live cd then could someone forward my request to the
developers that orca be made to work with xubuntu? or some screen
reader be made to work with xubuntu , the xfsce desktop and gnome?
