I think there is a problem with wubi in intrepid

Hi, Has anyone tried the wubi windows installer in intrepid?
   Here is what I found. First, it will not install from the CD like hardy did, it has to download the file. That part works fine, and it seems to install fine, but the computer will not boot into ubuntu after it installs. I'm sure this will be fixed, but I just wanted to know if this is a known problem? I do get a message that says invalid CD menu when I put the live CD in the computer, so maybe this has something to do with it.
