it doesn't reboot into anything. Its an installer that allows you to start installing Ubuntu from Windows, and then 
reboots into ubuntu to complete the process. Note that using this method doesn't do anything to your partitions, but 
creates a file on your windows parttion for Linux to be installed into.

at this point, I am not aware of how accessible it is, but I certainly hope we can get it as accessible as possible 
for the Hardy release.
