upgrade speech-dispatcher

Hey all, I have a question for whoever can help me out here.  I have
Ubuntu 7.04 installed, and am trying to upgrade speech-dispatcher from
0.6.1 (which I installed using apt-get) to 0.6.2.  What would be the
easiest way to do this?  I know the package exists in the debian unstabl
repository.  Should I download the .deb from there?  Any help in this
matter would be greatly appreciated.
