is there a command to log out from the main menu

Hi.

Here's how I log out.  

Press alt-f1 to open the main menu.  Press left arrow once to goto the system menu.  Press up arrow once to select "logout".  Press enter to activate the logout dialog.  Press alt-l to choose the logout buttin in the dialog.
