Orca wont load off of ubuntu feisty live! cd

Sorry about that, ubuntu still hasn't got an audible boot prompt set which 
is why this happened.  Use of the pc speaker to make one tone when the 
boot prompt appears and make two tones when the boot screen goes off the 
computer however that happens would have prevented this failure provided 
it had been documented.  Those tones would need to be at a different 
frequency from the post beep so users would know something different was 
going on.
