How can I find a professional to package it?

The run-time requirements are Gtk 2 and Gdk-pixbuf2

The only build requirements are Free Pascal, Lazarus, Gtk2-dev and
gdk-pixbuf2-dev, all already included on Ubuntu.

The source code includes make.sh install.sh uninstall.sh and clean.sh
that show how to build and install the magnifier.
