brltty 3.7.2 startup issues

Hi,

Just was wondering, if someone could share some light on this:

Fresh ubuntu install on my laptop always boots with 2 instances of 
brltty, whereas the same setup on the desktop machine only has one 
instance of brltty running.
I have done a fresh reinstall on both to see if it was some setting or 
file that i might have modified by accident, but the behavior persists.

In all cases, the brltty starts before orca is started.
