Hi Krister,

Sounds like an xorg config problem

You might try running this command:
sudo setxkbmap -layout se

To see if that fixes it in your current session. If the problem persists 
for a few days I suggest you file a bug here: 
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-input-keyboard/+bugs
