gnome-mag + edgy eft + composite

FYI all, lets give Carlos some credit and testing!  Looking great on my
laptop over here!!!

The gnome-mag file is available in the second post.  I didn't want to make a
deb right now to interfere with edgy upstream.  This will install to
/usr/local.  The command to use is given, which enables composite, full
screen, mouse following, and "pushing" the screen
