Ubuntu AT Start Guide

I wrote a quick guide to getting started with the assistive technology 
features on the dapper Live CD:

getting some questions about that.

Please alter or add to it if you like, though let's keep this one fairly 
concise. It is not intended as a replacement for the much longer 
document at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Accessibility/doc/Guide though that 
one could probably do with some updating now.
