[Bug 32028] Re: graphical boot loader accessibility options corrupted

The bug still occurs on Flight 7, although some items in the
accessibility menu now contain some text. There is still 2 lines of
empty text, and when stepping through the options, some graphical
garbage related to cursor movement sticks to the screen.
