Can a preseed install be done accessibly?

Hi folks,

The subject basically says it all.  I know that at present, there is no formalized accessible install method for Ubuntu, but it seems like the preseed method could be interesting, if I could actually make it work.  is it possible to get the installer to pull a preseed.cfg off of a floppy and if so, what is the syntax for that command?
