[Bug 39473] Re: Magnifier mode incorrectly configured

A fix to ensure that magnifier starts is in my tree. It will be
committed shortly.

As for the zoom and mag window size, it would be better to file another
bug against gnopernicus for that, asthat is where the problem lies.
