[Bug 39332] Re: brltty needs to install non-interactively

Henrik and everybody else of the ubuntu-accessibility list: how worthwhile would the package be, without flite and the brltty-flite package? Is that route worth pursuing or should we try to get it off ubuntu-desktop? We almost definitely can't add the flite suite due to size constraints.
