[u-a-dev] Cursor visibility

*For those of us who have impaired vision, it would be helpful to see a
much larger cursor.*
*Four times the size of the current cursor would not be too large.*

*Trails, as in Windows, would help.  Ideally, the cursor outline could be
filled with a colour complementary to the background.*
