[u-a-dev] [Bug 95977] Orca install error when upgrading to Fiesty

Binary package hint: gnome-orca

I was upgrading from 6.10 to the Fiesty Beta. When finished Orca is not
installed on the system. It was before. So I tried reinstalling it using
synaptic only to get the following error:

E: gnome-orca: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
