No, from the Application menu (Applications-->Accessibility).  Maybe
this menu entry should be disabled?

Of course, this could be the result of AT not being enabled yet...
(Which should result in an error, not a crash, IMHO.)

And it seems like v1.21 vs. 1.19 doesn't make any difference.

I'll try again using the AT panel later.
