  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - Build-depend on dpatch.
    - Add conflict/replaces with earlier versions.
    - Build big_endian/espeak-phoneme-data.c for use in preparing
      espeak voice metadata for packaging.
    - Modified debian/copyright to mention 
big_endian/espeak-phoneme-data.c.
    - Patch to ensure compilation uses externally specified C(XX)FLAGS.
