eSpeak version 1.19

The "list of files" for package libespeak1-1.19-0ubuntu1 for i386 and  powerpc includes
  /usr/lib/libespeak1.0.18

This should be /usr/lib/libespeak1.0.19

The package for amd64 shows:
  /usr/lib/libespeak1.0.15

Are these the files for the wrong version or are they just wrongly
named?
