Hi Luke and all,

You previously mentioned that the IBM TTS headers are under a BSD
license. They could legally be used for building and distributing
binary packages.

For example, Linux distros could propose today a gnome-speech driver
for IBM TTS in their repository :-).

Hopefully the other vendors would be more motivated to change the
license of the headers if they may check that a competitor product is
much more easy to install.
