I think this text could be improved. I'm not sure that a ordinary user
would know what to do in response to this.
How about something like this:
Description: Are you using a Braille screen reader?
If you are not using a Braille screen reader, then we will configure your system for better hardware support for other devices, such as USB serial adapters and Arduino and similar boards. This is recommended unless you are using a Braille screen reader that is affected by this update.

However, if you are using a Braille screen reader, you should answer Yes to this question. Otherwise it may stop working. For more details, please see: https://launchpad.net/bugs/1958224
Please correct the details in the text above, but I hope you see what I
mean: this way, we'd be signposting people to our default behaviour
without any doubt about what we advise, _unless_ they are using a screen
reader.
