reporting Unity accessibility bugs

Hi,
I tried a lot of distros, with Gnome, Mate, Xfce, but for usability
reason, I like Unity. Why? Classic menus and working with minimized
apps in tray, absolutelly perfect. But some great features aren't
accessible for example unity-web-apps and online account authorising
service. Can I report these accessibility issues here, or if not,
where and how can I report this? If these problems will be solved, I
can recommend Ubuntu to all my friends, which wants to use Linux. I am
playing with 16.04 daily live, because it has new versions of my
popular software and is updated with newer and newer features. I am
orca screen reader user.
