It's most probably linked to the bug #1327546 as it happened to me 10
minutes ago, and sheechd-up is a newly installed package failing again.

$ uname -a
Linux Petros-ThinkP 3.13.0-46-generic #77-Ubuntu SMP Mon Mar 2 18:23:39 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:	Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS

$ apt-cache policy speechd-up
