emacspeak (29.0-9) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * Fix "modifies conffiles (policy 10.7.3): /etc/emacspeak.conf":
    - debian/rules: don't install /etc/emacspeak.conf
    - debian/postrm: remove it during purge
    - debian/{postinst,config} already care about the rest
      (file creation, reading, updating)
