Public bug reported:
It would be great if we had high contrast icons for all the apps on the
default Ubuntu CD.
To enable High Contrast, open System Settings>Universal Access and turn
the High Contrast switch on. (You may need to log out and log back in
for Unity to fully recognize the theme change.)
