Public bug reported:

Onboard appears blank (all white) after waking up from standby mode or locking the screen, I'm not sure it is actually Onboard but it has the same size and position that it takes in the logon screen. The lock screen appears full first then the white space takes place automatically at the bottom after aproximatively a half second delay, I did not execute it like I usually do in the logon screen so make sure you open it at least once (in logon screen press accessibility* then virtual keyboard* at the top right of the screen) then lock your screen or standby/wakeup after loging in to maybe make the bug happen, if not prease try to identify it and report it in its correct form.
Check below the attachement image (bugimage.png) of how the bug looks like, notice that the white space at the bottom is supposed to be the virtual keyboard.
