Charlie Kravatz and Alan Bell are both people like you who use Ubuntu.
Neither of us work for Canonical, neither of us are paid to work on
Ubuntu, we are just trying to make it better because we want to. You can
do that too, or you can make bugs harder to process by not filing
separate individual bugs for actionable issues.
