[Bug 933772] [NEW] Make Onboard use theme designed for Unity (debian source attached)

Public bug reported:

Hi,

Onboard 0.97.0-0ubuntu1 that is available in the main repository is
shipping the Ambiance theme that was created specifically for Unity.
However, it is not using that theme, because the debian package does not
provide the file with the default values for Onboard; Onboard calls this
file the system defaults file.

In the upstream package, there is no system default file (apart the
system default example file that does not have any effect), because it
wants to leave the choice about the theme and other settings to the
distributions.

Thus, I created 0.97.0-0ubuntu2 by downloading the package 0.97.0-0ubuntu1 from the main precise repository and patching it to install the system defaults file. Apart setting various values for Unity in the system defaults file, I also enabled force to top mode in Onboard, because it is a work-around the following bug:

You can find the debian source of onboard 0.97.0-0ubuntu2 attached to
this bug thread.
