In KDE 4.8 the following tarballs have been split:

kdeaccessibility -> jovie, kaccessible, kmag, kmouth, kmousetool

kdeutils -> ark, filelight, kcalc, kcharselect, kdf, kfloppy, kgpg,
printer-applet, kremotecontrol, ktimer, kwallet, superkaramba, sweeper,
ksecret

Please remove the now obsolete source packages kdeaccessibility and
kdeutils.
