I tryed rebuild again this package.
In debian/python-pyatspi and python-pyatspi2 directoryes in usr directory only have the share/doc folder, so python bindings are not installed after build.
Python bindings are land in the debian/tmp folder in usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pyatspi folder.
If I copying my systems the python bindings in this directory, all works correct again.
