[Bug 857813] [NEW] onboard doesn't show on lock screen in 11.10 beta 2

If you set in the preferences Show Onboard when unlocking the screen, it
doesn't show up. I can't find any way to get an on-screen keyboard on
the lock screen of the new version of Ubuntu!
