I just encountered this issue upgrading Natty to Oneiric.  It is not
fixed.  My system upgrade is now stuck: /etc/apt/sources.list points at
Oneiric, but /etc/lsb-release says Natty.

I tried a workaround of running Update Manager, which wants to update
all packages to Oneiric versions, but it failed due to a package error:
E: Could not perform immediate configuration on 'util-linux'.

I also tried restarting the distro upgrade with 'update-manager -d', but
the program silently exits after initiating the upgrade process.
