[Bug 840535] [NEW] High contrast inverse large theme does not use large font

This is an accessibility feature which is not properly implemented.

In gnome-control-center, go into Appearance and select the "High contrast inverse large" theme.
The result is that colors change to white on blue, but the font does not get larger.
