[Bug 859288] Re: full-screen onboard keyboard commandeers entire desktop

Okay I was able to go into terminal somehow (I did a ctrl+alt+delete,
which I think brought be to the login screen, but all I still saw was
OnBoard), by pressing ctrl+alt+esc ferociously, then I did a  `shutdown
-r now`

here's a screen shot taken,

(note: the attached image is with Colemak keyboard layout, I was trying
to mess with OnBoard because it kept switching Back & Forth between
Qwerty and Colemak =/
