I don't know whether mousetweaks can be build against libpanel-
applet-4-0. Gerd, the mousetweaks developer is busy at the moment, but
if I remember correctly, he already planned a port to libpanel-
applet-4-0.

However, I wonder now, how mousetweaks 3.2.0 could get into oneiric. I
suppose that they have been built without the gnome-panel applets. (The
new default is to not anymore build the gnome-panel applets because
neither GNOME 3 nor Unity are using the gnome-panel by default.)
